Position Summary: Functions as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and THE National Bank. Maintains and expands relationships with customers by providing overall customer support services. Identifies potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction. Identifies and capitalizes on cross-selling opportunities. Works directly with customers' accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction. Answers customers' questions primarily over the phone. Acts as a liaison with sales staff, technical specialists, and TNB staff to ensure high levels of service delivery.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Two to four years experience in high level customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bank operations experience desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
